Responsible for providing key strategic customers advanced apps support (onsite/eval/demos) for market share gains/defence and new penetrations, including Atlas G6 (small spot and thick film), Aspect G2, IRIS S2, and IRIS G2. The role includes preparation, execution, and optimization of N+1 demos/evals, as well as providing on‑site technical support for key customer programs such as the AiDx project. The position requires close collaboration with customers, apps, product marketing, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
