JOB DESCRIPTION

Applications Engineer who can help put together technical solutions and proposals for customers. This person will work closely with sales and engineering to understand what a customer needs, design a solution (like layouts and diagrams), and help price it out so it’s competitive. What they’ll actually do day to day:

• Review customer requirements, drawings, and specs

• Help design electrical solutions and basic layouts

• Build out pricing and cost estimates for proposals

• Work with vendors to get equipment quotes

• Support sales during client conversations and presentations

• Help transition projects from the proposal stage to execution

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Engineering degree (electrical or mechanical)

• At least 4+ years of experience

• Bonus if they’ve worked with medium voltage power (switchgear, transformers)
