Role and Responsibilities
Manage team ticket queue and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation.
Troubleshoot minor and major system problems and, when necessary, escalates to L3 support.
Provide global 24x7 operations support to the client and meet SLA commitments.
Help users resolve data issues and perform system administration tasks.
Handle user administration.
Provide software application support under the supervision of a Senior Engineer.
Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements.
Ensure effective front‑end and back‑end functionality of applications.
Consult with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
