Application Support Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage team ticket queue and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation.
  • Troubleshoot minor and major system problems and, when necessary, escalates to L3 support.
  • Provide global 24x7 operations support to the client and meet SLA commitments.
  • Help users resolve data issues and perform system administration tasks.
  • Handle user administration.
  • Provide software application support under the supervision of a Senior Engineer.
  • Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure effective front‑end and back‑end functionality of applications.
