Engage proactively with partners, dealers, and stakeholders in the respective regions to coordinate support, training, and project activities effectively. Provide prompt and effective technical support and deliver product training to customers independently. Offer on-site support for live events, managing seamless setup, configuration, operation, and post-show reporting while strictly following brand-specific procedures. Understand customer requirements, assess feasibility, collect detailed site data, and create precise installation designs, Bills of Quantity, and proposals that align with budgets and timelines.
