The Business Development Director, Mainframe Modernisation, will drive revenue growth and market share for TXP’s Mainframe Modernisation portfolio initially CA-GEN establishing a Broadcom (CA) managed services and exit service. This sales role will help to execute the go‑to‑market strategy and develop deep relationships with an existing pipeline of enterprise and public sector clients and relevant System Integrators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of a successful team executing TXP’s go‑to‑market strategy for Mainframe Modernisation working closely with product management, aligned to the Group growth plan and wider legacy strategy.
