A client of Insight Global's is looking for an Application Guidewire Production Support Manager. They will be leading the support, stability, and continuous improvement of Guidewire InsuranceSuite—primarily PolicyCenter, with oversight of BillingCenter and ClaimCenter. You will manage day‑to‑day production support operations, drive incident resolution, perform root‑cause analysis, and ensure long‑term system reliability. The position also guides a team of analysts/engineers, coordinates with vendors, and partners with product, DevOps, infrastructure, and QA teams to resolve complex issues across integrated systems.
This person will contribute hands‑on across the SDLC, including requirements analysis, Gosu development, configuration, integration work, testing, and deployment.
