• Define, pursue, and negotiate the work to be performed in different phases of project development, ensuring correct operation of applications and optimal performance.
• Actively participate in training and knowledge transfer activities.
• Collaborate tightly with other Strada Global teams to determine the optimal solution.
• Deliver quality services from the team, potentially managing or supervising team members.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ABAP experience and/or 5 years of practice in HR applications and processes.
• Experience in HCM is an advantage.
• S4/HANA experience or certification is an advantage.
