About the job Application Engineer (Technical Support)
Responsibilities
As an expert of the client's Component Test products or solution, provides responsive and in-depth pre and post-sales technical support including measurement, application, configuration etc. Application includes active/passive component test, compliance test and impedance analysis etc.
Understands customer's problems and efficiently resolves the technical inquiry via remote channels like phone, email, portal etc.
Research on solution by replicating customer's issue in lab, proactively works with R&D by providing customer insights etc.
Delivers technical expertise via a remote channel for solution implementation and start-up assistance to the customer based on Client's Test and Measurement products and services.
