- Technical support for in-house sales and dealer sales (defect response, solution proposals) - Machining simulations using CAD/CAM and time study creation - Test cutting using actual machine tools - Accompanying users and responding to customer machining inquiries - Showroom machine management * Business trips: to HCMC 1 time per month, to Japan/overseas sometimes per year.
