Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Consultant / SME with strong expertise in Application Packaging, SCCM Deployment, Application Virtualization, and Endpoint Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling end-to-end application management, packaging, deployment, troubleshooting, production support, and stakeholder coordination across enterprise environments. The candidate will play a key role in managing application packaging lifecycles, ensuring deployment quality, handling L3 incidents, coordinating with business stakeholders, and mentoring offshore teams. Create, develop, and maintain application packages using InstallShield Admin Studio, Wise Package Studio, and related packaging tools.
