Role - Application Architect - Open Source Implementation : HCL merica

Location - Remote

Rate Cap – $55/hr on W2 or $65/hr on C2C

Provide day-to-day support and administration of system application servers and agents. Troubleshoot and resolve application/agent-related issues to maintain system stability. Analyze and refine application-provided data to ensure accuracy and relevance. Partner with application teams to define and implement custom data collection strategies. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to improve data quality and system understanding. Create and maintain documentation for production tasks, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations.
