Requirement Definition Support: Collaborate with Japanese directors to support clients (mainly Japanese startups) in specifying requirements from a technical perspective.
Specification Bridging:
Deeply understand the intent and background of the Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) created on the Japanese side, and convey them accurately and clearly to the Vietnamese development team.
Not only consolidate questions (QA) from the development team and confirm them with the Japanese side, but also be expected to propose solutions independently.
Create supplementary documentation using Confluence as needed.
Task Management:
Collaborate with Tech Leads, QC, and Creative leaders to understand the technical scope of impact and break down tasks (create tickets) using Jira.
