Randstad Singapore is searching for an experienced APAC HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives across Asia-Pacific. This permanent role, based in Singapore, comes with a hybrid working policy, allowing 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

You will support regional business leaders, drive HR transformation, and utilize data analytics to enhance HR practices within the company. The ideal candidate possesses over 10 years of HR experience, particularly in manufacturing, and has a strong understanding of the APAC market.
