Position Summary

This role supports our hotel and construction entities by managing accounts payable processes, vendor onboarding, document storage, and payment workflows. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast paced, multi entity environment.




Key Responsibilities

• Prepare RFPs (Requests for Payment) to track subcontractor balances and obtain approvals.


• Enter vendor and supplier invoices into Airbase with accuracy for multiple hotel and construction companies. ...
