What To Expect

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to help accelerate vehicle level data collection for the Autopilot team. The Prototype Vehicle Operator will help drive improvement of Tesla’s Autopilot system by operating and becoming an expert on our prototype data collection vehicles across Colombia. This role requires a high level of flexibility, as frequent travel is necessary on this team.

What You'll Do

• Drive a local pre-determined test route daily with the same vehicle to record data for, and provide subjective feedback on, the performance and stabilities of sensor hardware
• Start/Stop recording devices and do minor equipment/software debugging when necessary
• Analyze data collected during driving to “sanity check” it before handing to engineers and leadership
