Our AOC Training Improvement Support position provide cross flow of training support and information exchange between Air Operations Center (AOC) units and Higher Headquarters. **Responsibilities**

+ Write the implementing documents for (Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) events, monitor their execution, and provide analysis on execution.
+ Define hardware requirements and configurations for (Air Operations Center (AOC) exercises both at home and deployed.
+ Assist in daily scheduling of personnel for attendance at AOC Mission Qualification Training (MQT) and CT.
+ Assist with or lead post exercise review sessions. Document, maintain and track After Action items until they are resolved.
