Scope of Service

The AMC shall cover the supply, installation, and maintenance of air fresheners/diffusers in building common areas, including but not limited to:

• Reception / Main Lobby – Diffuser Units
• Lift Lobbies (All Floors) – Aerosol Air Fresheners
• Gym / Amenities Area (if applicable) – Diffuser Units
• Other common areas identified by the HOAM team during the site survey.

Note: Vendor must verify the exact quantity and placement of units during the mandatory site survey.

Consumables

All required consumables, including fragrance refills, cartridges, and batteries, shall be included within the AMC service.
