We are seeking an _Animal Care Assistant Manager_ who will ensure animal husbandry in all assigned animal facilities at Johns Hopkins University and Medical Institutions is performed in a manner compatible with all humane, legal, and scientific requirements.

**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**

_Operations_

+ Ensure that preventive maintenance is adequately performed according to schedule and that all records pertaining to equipment are documented and stored.
+ Ensure the efficient implementation of the facility's day-to-day processes to comply with AAALAC and institutional guidelines.
+ Provide oversight of all operations related to the husbandry and care of animals.
