- Client seeking to hire three locum anesthesiologists
- Credentialing takes approximately 45 days
- Care team model
- Work in conjunction with CRNAs, typically at a 1:2 ratio
- Must be willing to participate in a 24-hour in-house call rotation to be considered for daytime shifts
- Typically 3-4 in-house call shifts per month
- Shift options include:
- Primarily 10-hour shifts
- Some 8-hour shifts
- 24-hour in-house call shifts
- Hourly compensation structure
- Overtime compensation may be considered
- Practice at a Level I Trauma Center
- 533-bed hospital
- 10 operating rooms
