• Credentialing timeframe: 2-3 weeks with AR license and DEA
• Supervision ratio: 1:3-4
• Could occasionally run your own room but someone will take over your supervision of the CRNA's
• Level II trauma
• No call
• Must have up to date CV with explanation of gaps noted
• EMR: Cerner
