Shifts available: Weekday coverage: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (may extend to 5:00 PM depending on case volume); Weeknight call; Weekend coverage: 24-hour call
Types of Cases: Pediatric general anesthesia cases, Pediatric cardiac anesthesia, Congenital heart surgery cases, Cardiopulmonary bypass (pump) cases, Cardiac catheterization lab procedures, Additional pediatric surgical and procedural anesthesia as needed
Specific requirements/restrictions: BC, IL license or IMLC, IL DEA, CSR, ACLS; BLS; PALS, Min 1 year experience, 90 days; Full Privileges; Temp Privileges available
