• Case Mix & Procedures: Pediatric anesthesia across neonatal, pediatric, and adolescent populations, including general surgery, thoracic (non cardiac), complex orthopedics, neurosurgical cases, and ventilation management; no cardiac or transplant cases
• Care Model: Mix of solo practice and supervision of CRNAs in a care team model
