            Shifts available: 630a arrival. exits at 1p, 3p, 6p, 5 days/week, may include weekends, 1:5 Saturday, typically 1-2 cases and out by 1p, No nights, No holidays, No call, Full time coverage is preference, 2 on 2 off  
Types of Cases: endoscopy (35%), Urology (25%), Ortho/spine/podiatry (25%), gyn/general (10%), eyes/ENT (5%)  
Supervision or independent: Supervision  
Specific requirements/restrictions: MDs must be extremely proficient with nerve blocks
