Availability / Schedule
- Assignment Length: 6 months with potential extension
- Reason for Coverage: Provider resignation
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with weekend rotation
- Shift Options: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Current Shift Lengths: 10- and 12-hour shifts
- Call: Required
- Weekend Coverage: Required
Availability Requirements
- Full-time availability strongly preferred
- Part-time candidates considered with a minimum of 8 shifts per month
- Full-time providers expected to work a minimum of 6 shifts per month, with opportunity for additional shifts
- Site preference is for consistent week-over-week coverage
