About the Role

We are seeking a QA Analyst to join our IT Program Delivery team and help deliver high-quality releases across our digital commerce and retail systems at Browns Shoes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, agile environment, ensuring delivery excellence, maintaining high‑quality standards, and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA team members, and business stakeholders. As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in safeguarding product quality, optimizing QA processes, coaching and supporting business users on QA, and contributing to the successful delivery of Browns’ digital transformation initiatives.
