What is the opportunity?

As an Analyst/Associate in Global Credit Systems Solutions (GCSS) within Global Corporate Banking, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT partners, responsible for business analysis and requirements gathering on projects ranging from targeted enhancements to larger-scale system overhauls. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking: you'll participate in testing and support activities while also shaping product roadmaps and influencing stakeholders, with the balance shifting as you progress in the role. You will apply RBC’s Generative AI framework and other next-generation tools in your daily workflows to expand the role’s capabilities.

Role can be at an Analyst or Associate level based on candidate’s background and skillset.
