Job Description

The Analyst – Procurement Operations is responsible for maintaining and updating Vendor Master Data with high accuracy and compliance to organizational standards. The role requires strong knowledge of SAP (MDG), S/4HANA systems, along with data validation, quality control, and coordination across global stakeholders.

This is a full‑time position based at our Tetra Pak office in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. What You Will Do

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master records in SAP MDG and S/4HANA systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Validate vendor information including banking, tax, and regulatory details.
