The Analyst, Human Capital & Skills – Energy, is a member of Gender and Economic Inclusion (G&EI) which consists of three pillars: Access to Skills and Employment, Access to Finance and Entrepreneurship, and Access to Services. (S)he supports the work of specialists by providing technical input into the design and structuring of the transition impact or gender additionality of projects and sector assessments of G&EI issues. They will specialise in projects under the Sustainable Infrastructure Group (SIG) and, in particular, will be working on energy investments and projects within the team. The Analyst will also play a crucial role in designing, managing and monitoring the human capital elements of EBRD’s energy portfolio for their achieved transition impact (under supervision from senior members of the team).
