Key Accountabilities

• Perform core accounting activities, including maintaining accounting registers, billing, accounts receivables, vendor and payroll payments, executing bank reconciliations, preparing aging reports, and analyzing significant variances in balance sheet and P&L; results.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and annual reports in accordance with standard accounting practices.
• Forecast monthly cash flow.
• Prepare and review the Monthly Balance and P&L; for Corporate accounting records.
• Prepare accurate monthly reporting for internal and external auditors.
• Process payroll twice a month for 12 employees and calculate social security contributions, prepare corresponding reports, and ensure timely payments.
• Manage employee travel expenses ensuring IHG policies are followed.
• Coordinate surveys and training on HR topics such as The Psychosocial Factors Survey.
