The Analyst, East KD Operation position will provide and monitor customer service for inbound/outbound traffic regarding transportation of auto parts for US manufacturing plants (Related vendors for Hyundai/Kia and Suppliers) with container moves.
Responsibilities
Provide In & Out Bound Operation Services - Covering Ocean In & Out Bound - Monitor Daily Transaction & C/S Monitor ocean inbound container moves from the container origin Monitor any issues with customs and line hold on the container and handle any issues prior to port of arrival Timely preparation of all required documentation to meet required delivery dates Set up based on new/existing customers needs to provide smooth supply chain management Keep the record of bill of lading/arrival notice/commercial invoice/packing list/MSDS/HAZMAT document to fulfill logistics requirements when need Daily Coordinate with Customers with Inquires - Support Daily...
