Role description
1. Managing corporate roadshow for Japan & AEJ companies
- Work independently to organize corporate roadshow virtually and/or physically while communicating with external and internal counterparts from the planning to the execution.
- Manage roadshows and its meetings in our internal system and keep it updated.
- Arrange roadshow logistics (e.g. ground transportation, hotel, lunch & dinner and any ad-hoc request.)
- Handle virtual meeting (e.g. WebEx, ZOOM, MS TEAMS platform) including setting up of the platform, test call with corporates and facilitating the call as a moderator.
- Touch base with investor clients to arrange and prepare for their corporate meetings.
- Predominantly for Japan products (Japanese corporates), occasionally for AEJ products (AEJ corporates)
2. Conference, tour and thematic event coordination (virtual and/or physical events)
