Job Description
You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and report to Senior Director, Portfolio Management, Singapore.
Responsibilities
Support the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas.Identify key drivers of operational and financial performance across assets and portfolios, including areas of underperformance and opportunities for value enhancement.Prepare management reports and board papers.Prepare annual budgeting, forecast, and annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the overall portfolio including overseas.Work closely with Asset Management, Leasing and Property Management teams to evaluate asset performance and support initiatives to improve portfolio performance.Support ini...
