**What you’ll need to succeed as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at XPO**

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
+ 1 year of customer service, banking, accounts payable/receivable experience

Preferred qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in business/accounting/finance or successful employment history working in a high-volume customer global shared service/finance role

+ Collection strategy software experience desired (HighRadius, Get Paid)
+ Quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications, as needed
+ Oracle or SAP experience
+ Online banking, lockbox exposure
+ Fluent in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and PowerPoint
