The Analyst, Alternative Investments will work directly with a Senior Portfolio Manager and two experienced Alternative Investments team members to determine new fund and co-investment opportunities, make investment recommendations, and assist with portfolio monitoring and internal presentations.
Specifically, you will:
Assist in conducting manager and co-investment research, due diligence, and monitoring the existing portfolioManage and track due diligence processes for new Private Equity fund, Private Credit fund, and equity co-investment commitmentsPrepare investment memos for new fund commitments and co-investmentsReview fund and co-investment legal documents alongside in-house legal counselAnalyze key monthly and quarterly performance driversAssume key role in portfolio monitoring workflows and processes, including monthly cash flow and performance reportingConduct analysis on portfolio diversifica...
