Responsibilities

• Act in structuring the expansion plan, contributing to the definition of ideal candidate profile per location.
• Participate in the entire cycle of new store implementation, from the initial prospecting of candidates to official opening.
• Manage internal processes and monitor store performance after opening, proposing continuous improvements.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs to track operational and commercial performance of stores.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
