**Position Purpose**
Accounting Analyst - prepares the bank conciliations of 14 accounts on monthly and periodically basis (14 for US books and 14 for MEX books), loads the journal entries related to insurance amortization (medical, life and fire insurance).
In addition, records the accrual of following expenses: security guards, alarms, garbage recollection, cleaning service and audit services of Datazone, Zone Compra and the CAT.
This person keeps updated the check list of standard journal entries during the closing period and ensures that it is completed.
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Record all the journal entries related to amortization insurances and accruals,reclass,reverse etc, during the close end period.
- Prepares reconciliations of the asset and liabilities balance accounts from current accounting period to last period / year reconciling the General Ledger balances with support documentation.
