Mission

This role provides support for the passive invoice cycle, primarily focused on the accurate and timely processing of 1099 inspector invoices to ensure compliance, proper documentation, and on-time payment. #LI-KM


Key Accountabilities

1.Invoice & Timesheet Intake
Monitor designated contractor email inboxes for submissions from 1099 inspectors.
Ensure inspectors submit timesheets, invoices, and inspection reports to the correct contractor email boxes.

2.Invoice Tracking & Logging (By COB Monday)
Review all new submissions and add each inspector invoice to the Excel tracking spreadsheet.
Record required details such as inspector name, invoice number, invoice date, hours, mileage, expenses (if applicable), and contractor reference.
