Amazon Account Manager

Remote | Full-Time | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

Remote VA PH is looking for a highly experienced Amazon Account Manager to oversee and optimize our client’s Amazon private label operations. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and listing optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong track record of managing Amazon accounts from product launch through ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of private label products on Amazon, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations.
• Prepare and coordinate FBA shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues with inventory, warehousing, and Amazon receiving centers.
• Track and reconcile all shipments to ensure accurate records, recover lost inventory, and file reimbursement cases when needed.
