THE ROLE
●Assist in defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
●Conduct site visits and track project progress against milestones and highlight risks or delays
●Support contractor and consultant onboarding and coordination
●Support negotiations, contracts, and commercial documentation
●Ensure projects adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
●Maintain records of project files
●Liaison with contractors for timely execution of assigned tasks
●Assist in research & development of new materials & technical advancements THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:
●Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business/ engineering/management, or related field, PMP certification
●Experience: min 3 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
●Strong Project planning and Vendor Management skills with an ability to multi-task.
