ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

You will utilise live feed systems, planning for disruption, monitoring changing airline schedules whilst being responsible for coordinating and monitoring the safe deployment of employees, vehicles and equipment for the Assistance program at Heathrow Airport, ensuring customer requirements are met in accordance with contractual and service level agreements. You will be the central point of communication for our airport partners, handling agents, airlines and our own staff. The ability to multi‑task is key!
