Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operation of Allied Health Services, including day‑to‑day operations of the allied health care departments and ensuring coordination with relevant clinical and nursing departments.

Managerial

Provide leadership and act as a role model for Allied Health Department employees.

Support in the development of any Allied Health Services departmental annual business plan.

Be involved in developing and implementing cost improvement schemes through service redesign, cash allocation and income generation schemes, and ensure that service delivery is managed within financial and budgetary constraints.

Develop and promote a business plan with other stakeholders that improve patient outcomes – including responsibility for the development of Allied Health management policies, protocols, initiatives & guidance and implementation of regulatory requirements. Monitor response to...
