1. IGCSE and AS level experience in teaching is must- 2-3 years
2. Should have idea of checkpoint examinations.

3. Should be acquainted with the CIE syllabus.

4. Should know paper pattern for English and solving papers1.

5. Treating each child with dignity and respect.

6. Working with other professional staff members to plan and implement activities that carry out

the philosophy of the school and accepted early childhood education practices.

7. Being respectful and cooperative as a member of a team of professionals.

8. Helping each child to become aware of his/her role as an integral member of a group.

9. Considering the individual child in relationship to his/her cultural and socio-economic

background.
