Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site assistance to international travellers who need help with submission of forms on SGAC.
  • Guide travellers with the use of automated lanes
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time
  • Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service, airport operations, or hospitality preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with international travellers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Able to guide travellers in using automated systems or electronic forms (e.g., SGAC).
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with tablets or kiosks.
  • Able to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
