We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Airline Account. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist passengers with inquiries related to flight bookings, schedule changes, baggage concerns, and other travel-related services while delivering excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with flight reservations, rebookings, and cancellations
- Provide accurate information about airline policies and procedures
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Qualifications
- Senior High School (SHS) Graduate, or
- Completed at least 2 years in college (4 semesters with no back subjects for Old Curriculum High School graduates), or
- College Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
