Amentum, a global leader in advanced engineering, technical, and professional services serving the US government, allies, and critical infrastructure sectors, is seeking an Airlift Joint Inspector / Air Cargo Lead to support a unique US Navy program based on the island of Diego Garcia. The Air Cargo Lead will oversee and perform joint inspection services for cargo operations to ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and standards, and that deployment and redeployment of cargo are conducted safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform cargo joint inspection services to ensure all deployment, redeployment, and exercise cargo are inspected and compliant with required procedures, regulations, and safety standards.

Conduct joint inspections of aircraft loads with a qualified representative from the deploying unit’s movement officer/representative in accordance with DoD , Part III, Mobility, Appendix O.
