Collaborate with airlines to address inquiries related to rates, tracking, and other logistics matters. Create and maintain current selling rates and buying forms for customer carriers. Ensure timely completion and uplift of all shipments according to agreed terms. Produce progress reports and profit & loss statements for internal teams and stakeholders.
