Responsibilities

• Requesting rates from overseas agents, airlines and local service providers.
• Compiling relevant rates for agents and local customers
• Do estimate and send via CW1 to customer (import, export, cross trade and all Inco terms)
• Possess a good understanding of import/export procedures.
• Handle customer queries regarding the estimate done.
• Handle some forwarding aspects on selected shipments.
