  • Ensuring to provide the flight details to customer within the stipulated time (1 hour) upon receiving the booking
  • To answers all call promptly

  • Min 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry 

  • Require basic knowledge of computer (e.g. Excel, Words etc.)
