Airfield operations manager

PNAL is seeking an Airfield Operations Manager to lead the airport fire service function and oversee day‑to‑day airfield operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive team performance, work to continually improve operational discipline, whilst ensuring a safe, compliant airport environment.

You’ll act as a trusted 2IC to the Safety & Operations Manager, taking ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the airfield and airport fire service team. This role is critical in enhancing team engagement, strengthening accountability, and embedding a strong One Team culture.
