About the Role

MPI Limited is seeking Aircraft Structural Fitters (CAT A) to work in the Depth Cell on site in Gosport, Hampshire, England.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out modification, installation, and rectification on structural components.
• Work with structural rivet and SMW processes.
• Preference for rotary (helicopter) experience; recent structural experience on non‑helicopter aircraft is also considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of an Aircraft Apprenticeship with copies of papers.
• Valid Human Factors/EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety certificates required if selected.
• Basic security clearance required.

Working Hours & Compensation

• Basic hours: 37 per week; 40–60 hours (including weekends) available, with overtime not guaranteed.
• Contract is ongoing as per customer requirements and is deemed out of scope of IR35.
